Verification is easier to resolve when each file answers one question: who owns the account, where that person lives and whether the payment method belongs to the same person.
Compare the legal name, date of birth and residential address in the account with current documents. A nickname, old address or shortened surname can require manual review.
Ask how to correct a genuine profile mismatch before uploading altered or annotated images. Never edit document data to force a match.
Show all document edges with readable text, even lighting and no glare. The issuer and validity dates must be visible, while proof of address must fall inside the period accepted by the current upload screen.
A cropped screenshot that hides the issuer or date may look clear but still fail the evidence requirement.
Follow the portal’s masking instructions for card evidence and use the authenticated upload tool where available. A legitimate check does not require a CVV, PIN, wallet seed phrase, password or one-time code.
If support requests email delivery, verify the address inside the signed-in help centre before attaching anything.
Record the upload time and document category. If an item is rejected, replace only that item and reference the displayed reason instead of sending the same bundle repeatedly.
Keep confirmation messages until the account and any associated withdrawal are fully resolved.
